§1. General

1. These Terms govern use of the website at tradestarters.com (the “Service”).
2. The operator is TradeStarters.com (contact: info@tradestarters.com), serving users in South Africa and elsewhere.
3. The Service is educational and informational only. It does not constitute investment advice, recommendations or an offer under financial services law.
4. Using the Service means you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please leave the Service.

§2. Definitions

• Service — the website tradestarters.com and all its pages.
• User — any person using the Service.
• Education programme — the educational service including a dedicated mentor and learning materials.
• Mentor — the person assigned to contact you regularly as part of the programme.
• Broker — an FSCA-regulated broker that the operator may refer you to.

§3. Services

1. The operator provides: (a) educational content about the stock market; (b) a contact form to request a free consultation.
2. After you submit the form and consent, you may join the education programme: dedicated mentor, regular contact, and referral to an FSCA-regulated broker only with your separate consent.
3. Participation terms (including any fees) are agreed individually before you start.

§4. Educational nature — disclaimer

1. The Service and programme are educational only. The operator does not provide investment advice as defined in South African law (e.g. FAIS).
2. Content and mentor communications are not recommendations to buy or sell any instruments.
3. Investing involves the risk of losing some or all of your capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
4. All investment decisions are solely your responsibility. Consider consulting an FSCA-licensed adviser.

§5. Contact form and agreement

1. Submitting the form does not create a binding contract. A mentor will contact you to discuss the programme.
2. Any separate agreement for paid services is concluded when both sides clearly agree to its terms.
3. You may have rights to cancel under South African consumer law; we will inform you when relevant.

§6. Broker referral

1. We may refer you to an FSCA-regulated broker (e.g. Naga Trading) for account opening and to claim a welcome bonus (e.g. 50% on first deposit). Your data is passed to the broker only with your separate, explicit consent.
2. The broker is independent. We are not responsible for its services, fees or your investment results.
3. Your funds with the broker remain under your control. We have no access to your account.

§7. Intellectual property

All content on the Service is the operator’s intellectual property. Use for personal purposes only; no commercial copying or distribution without written permission.

§8. Privacy

Data processing is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

§9. Complaints

Complaints may be sent to info@tradestarters.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

§10. Liability

The operator is not liable for your investment decisions, financial losses, broker conduct, service interruptions, or damage from incorrect data you provide.

§11. Changes

We may change these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated on the site. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

§12. Law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Africa, with due regard for consumer jurisdiction where applicable.
