- Contact by phone and email in relation to the education programme, mentor support, and to help you claim your welcome bonus.

- Referring you to an FSCA-regulated broker only with your separate consent.

- Direct marketing of our services (where permitted).
§5. Recipients
Your data may be shared with:
- FSCA-regulated broker — only with your separate consent, for account opening. The broker is an independent controller of your data.
- Google LLC — for analytics (data may be transferred to the USA under appropriate safeguards).
- Hosting and IT providers — under data processing agreements.
We do not sell your data.
§6. International transfers
Where data is sent outside South Africa (e.g. to the USA for analytics), we ensure adequate protection as required by POPIA.
